Enviroliner

“Enviroliner”, as it is popularly known, is the ideal moisture controlled storage solution for humidity-related storage problems. It is a humidity controlled mobile housing for safe storage of small equipment like engines, gear boxes, small arms, ammunition, optics, ration, and documents.

Enviroliners are customised modular PVC storehouses which can convert any space in whole or in part into cost-effective humidity controlled storage area. There are no special infrastructural needs except for a floor and a ceiling. Equipment and material stored in Enviroliners are protected against damaging effects of moisture, such as rust, mould & fungus, iform, etc.

Enviroliners are custom made using flexible special grade thermo plastic barrier material to build the walls on a framework and ‘zipped’ closed. A small, desiccant dehumidifier controls the relative humidity to the required level of – 35% to 50% RH – to ensure humidity controlled conditions needed for safe storage.

Standard Modules

Enviroliners are available in 13 standard modules/sizes with three (3) different height options of 3 mt, 3.5 mt, and 4 mt. They can widely be used across various sectors, such as Defence and Industrial purposes.

Some common examples from the defence sector include arms, ammunition, optics, food, uniform, etc. In industrial sector, Enviroliners can be used for storage of metal components, bearings, electronic components, electrodes, etc.
