Nano Plastic Dryers – Desiccant Dryer/ Small Plastic Dryer works at (-) 40 °C dew point for quality and small quantity processors of special materials with low throughputs, providing high precision output handling capacity of 6-12 kg/hr. This compact plastic dryer machine is ideal for precision processing applications requiring consistent moisture control.
Nano Dryer adds the value of a Dehumidifier Dryer for the typical drying needs of micro/miniature component processing units. It enhances the mechanical properties of the final plastic product made from speciality plastic, engineering polymers such as Nylon, ABS, HIPS, PC, SAN, PMMA, POM, PBT, etc., making it an efficient polymer dryer for engineering-grade materials. Nano Dryers are mostly used by processors that use table-mounted injection moulding, vertical moulding, hand-operated injection moulding, and small-capacity injection moulding machines. Nano Dryer also helps in reducing the back pressure of injection moulding, delivering superior performance as a plastics dryer for small-capacity processing operations.
Bry-Air Nano Dryers are compact, waterless desiccant dryers for plastics designed for low-throughput applications requiring precise moisture control. Operating at up to (-30 to -35°C) dew point, they ensure consistent drying of hygroscopic engineering resins without the need for cooling water. It is designed to rucksack on a hopper and thus eliminates the requirement of floor space. The Nano Dryer is compact in size and does not require a cooling water connection.
The Nano Dryer combines the benefits of Resin dryers, Dehumidifier Dryers, and compact plastics dryer systems in a single space-saving solution.
