AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE IN HVAC&R
The 7th Awards for Excellence in HVAC&R function held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bangalore coinciding Acrex 2012. It was an event for the entire Industry to celebrate innovation and excellence.
VOL.22 NO.1 The glittering and grand ceremony was graced by many stalwarts from international as well Indian HVAC&R industry. The Guests of Honour of the spectacular night were Mr. Ronald Jarnagin, President ASHRAE, Mr. Michael Schmidt, President, Federation of European Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning Associations (REHVA) and Ms. Maija Virta: CEO, Finland Green Building Council amongst many others.
Instituted in 2005, Bry-Air Awards are held annually to reward and recognize outstanding contributions and technological breakthroughs undertaken by corporates and students in rapidly expanding HVAC&R field. The awards have become a cornerstone for recognition for the Indian HVAC&R Engineers
The key criteria for adjudging winners are Innovation, Energy efficiency & Environment friendliness of the project/product.
The Bry-Air Awards are presented to individuals, corporate or students who have made an outstanding contribution in the following categories :
- New/Innovative Systems Design
- New/Innovative Product Design
- Students Category for Most Outstanding and Innovative Projects.
