Ideal for drying non-hygroscopic resins, the Bry-Air EcoDry Hopper (Hot Air) Dryer is a compact and rugged hopper packaged with a blower, stainless steel tubular heaters, and an automatic temperature controller. It functions as an efficient plastic pellet dryer for removing surface moisture from plastic pellets before processing. For hot air removes only surface moisture from ABS, nylon, acrylic, PS and PC. Designed and engineered for easy handling, they are a perfect match for your plastics processing machine with the flexibility to either be machine mounted or installed at the side of the moulding machine. Plastic resins and pellets can be loaded either manually or through the Bry-Air Auto Loader, ensuring seamless material handling and efficient drying operations.
Available in 6 standard models with the capability to dry 13 to 400 kg/hr of non-hygroscopic resins, they are a superior alternative to oven drying in performance, reducing energy and labour inputs.
Hot Air Dryer – HAD (L) Series are also available in larger capacity, more than 400 kg/hr.
