Position: Sales – Industrial / ATD
The Pahwa Group is seeking to recruit Engineer / Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager at (Locations – mentioned below) for Industrial (Division). The candidate selected should be a Graduate Engineer (From a reputed Institutes of India) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics and ready to travel within the assigned territories. Core Sales field exposure is Must for this role. The position would report to the (NSM/Regional Head/Branch Head)
Responsibilities:
- Securing order from customers within assigned territory
- Business development and mapping
- Identification and development of OEM and Key Accounts
- Explore new applications to find growth opportunities
- All after sales support to communicate between HO & Client
- Making presentation for the customers and corporates
- Analysis of the market with respect to market share, competition etc
- Managing consultants, contractors & end customers
- Make proposal and do estimation for respective customers
Expectations:
- Secondary data and industry analysis and strategy to go to new markets or new industries. Make plan and action with the management to grow the business
- Prepare MIS & necessary documents for Management discussion
- Experience of HVAC designing, selection, good control on MS office will be added

- Good Communication – Must
- Business development/ Marketing experience will be preferred

Educational Requirements: BE / BTech. Mechanical OR Electrical.
Age : 25 + Years
CTC: depends on skill & experience
Skill : HVAC Knowledge – MUST
Experience : 3+ Years in Industrial sales of capital equipment (PAN India) and managing team
of Sales and Service Engineers.
Key Managerial Skills : “Inspirational Leadership”, “Effective Supervision”, “Employee
Engagement”.
Key Behavioural Skills : Innovation, Teamwork and Good Communication.
