Considerable high temperature air is generated in Kilns, Ovens and Furnaces which goes to waste.Large quantities of hot flue gases/hot exhaust air are generated from boilers, kilns, ovens and furnaces, and the sensible energy in waste gases/air goes waste. While there is a crying need of the environment for conserving sensible energy. Sensible waste energy can be recovered from the exhaust air/flue gases and transferred to the low temperature supply air with an efficiency of up to 75% using air to air rotary heat exchangers.
