What are the standard operating conditions of the Adsorption Chillers?

Water Circuit Nominal Temp
(deg C)
Upper Limit
(deg C)
Lower Limit
(deg C)
Nominal Flow
(lpm/ton)
Chilled Water 7 None 4 9.1
Cooling/Condenser 30 None* 5 30.4
Hot Water 90 95 None** 11.4

*Although there is no upper limit to cooling water temperature, as it increases, the chiller’s capacity will decrease. In most applications, 40 to 45 C will be the practical upper limit.

**Although there is no lower limit to hot water temperature, as it decreases, the chiller’s capacity will decrease. In most applications, 60 C will be the practical lower limit.

The maximum water pressure ratings are 5 bar(g).
