Can you tell me more about the vacuum requirements? How will I know if the vacuum is sufficient?

The chiller operates in a full vacuum at pressures below 0.1 psi(a). The measured pressure inside the chiller is only the pressure of water vapor, which changes from 0.1 to 1.0 psi(a) based on the different temperatures found inside the chiller. The absolute vacuum inside the chiller must be less than 0.10 psi(a) for the water vapor to boil at 7 C. If the vacuum level is not sufficient, the chiller simply will not work. It will either work or not work with no in-between.
