Induction Training
Our 'induction training', which is for all new
incumbents, is a specially designed 6-8 months
knowledge development course, at the end of which
the inductee has to clear the certification. The
course is conducted with the objective of transforming
people from diverse backgrounds into seasoned
"Airgineers".
Bry-Air Talent Development
Center
There are 'Talent Development Programs'
(TDPs), where the Airgineers are continuously
exposed to classroom training programs, audio
/ video, contact sessions, seminars, conferences
and workshops.
Bry-Air Center for
Technical Learning
Bry-Air Center for technical learning is fully
dedicated for enhancing the knowledge of our technical
professionals.
Our technical training
modules have been developed based on latest technical
development, market trend and individual needs
of the 'Airgineers'.
We also have fully residential training programs
which are intended for all round technical and
personal development of the Bry-Arians.
