BPD Series
The new Bry-Air EcoDry Plastics Dryer - BPD Series
is engineered to ensure rejection free, zero defect
drying of the toughest of hygroscopic resins. Powder
coated and manufactured with the state-of-the-art CNC
machines, the BPD series is available in 9 models.
The aesthetically designed BPD Series Dehumidifying
Plastics Dryer uses an innovative, multiple bed design
which ensures consistent and constant low dew points
over each cycle as well as lowers energy consumption.
This rotating four- desiccant bed concept allows two
beds to dry the resin, one to regenerate and one to
cool down simultaneously. To ensure highest quality
of efficient drying the dryers are provided with, 8
inch beds of special grade Brysorb 121 desiccant.
The unique (closed loop cool down cycle) design increases
adsorption capacity due to 100% re-circulation of the
air through the dryer, thus ensuring removal of moisture
from the core of the resin.
The BPD series Plastics Dryers are also provided with
PID temperature controllers which provides
accurate temperature control for the process side. This
allows considerable saving on the operating cost of
the equipment.
