average age of the Airgineers is 34 yrs. And about
60% of them are technically qualified. We have
a stable manpower. The average bleed rate of employees
is less than 2% and average service of the employees
in the organization is 10+ years in the last 27
years!
Our growth goals for next five years is to increase
our manpower from current level of approx. of
371 to 500 with revenue per employee growing from
current 23 lakhs to 37 lakhs.
